• Sales & Marketing, Finance, Technical, Human Ressources, Transformation & IT, R&D, Legal, Purchasing

From a commercial viewpoint, three logics are followed to master Customer Satisfaction:

- Organisation by market: each market targeted by Ascometal® is assigned a Market Manager who works closely with  Technical & Development Managers, dedicated to the specific needs these customers

- Order management and order follow up close to production facility: customer services are mostly located in the Hagondange holding or in the subsidiaries of the Swiss Steel International group.

- Sales force close to customers:

• Sales force is close to our customers thanks to a network of subsidiaries of Swiss Steel International over 30 countries.
• A specific Direct Export unit, located in France and relyingon a solid network of local agents cares for the rest of the business
